Batman should be in a dark tone, pessimistic, and fantasy.
That's the way Burton did!

Nolan's version is too realistic.
However there are many memorable quotes.
And the most important, Heath Leadger's performance was superb.
It made me think about the first time when I saw Dr. Hanibal Lecter!
